There were some billing issues at the beginning given I was using a Canadian credit card and my card was showing it as paid but the company was not registering it. I paid twice but am working with the credit card company to fix. Given the shape of my image, I could not get the exact image I wanted; however, the company contacted me with an alternative and I was equally pleased with the end product. The cutout was exceptional quality and I was even given a small bonus cutout (I am assuming because of the initial image not working out). This was an incredible surprise so thank you! Delivery was even faster than expected so thank you for that as well. Overall I would rate this as a 5 star experience.

The online shopping experience and speedy delivery were perfect. I do regret, however, not paying extra and buying the foam instead of cardboard. The cardboard is very thin, much thinner than other cut out products I have purchased. The fold lines in the cardboard show through the print a little. If you are purchasing a larger item -- mine was 6' -- then definitely do the foam instead of cardboard. Also, I purchased a 6' item because my father, the subject of the cut out, was 6' tall. The full piece of cardboard before I punched out the image was six feet, but once I punched out the image and stood it up (the stand actually makes the product lean backwards a little), the image is actually quite a few inches shorter than 6'. Keep that in mind if you are trying to order an actual life-sized product.

Easy to navigate and the horizontal vs. vertical instructions were really helpful. I almost made a mistake with the upload. Had to rotate picture then upload it again in correct form! Nice catch!
