I was worried about the vanilla arriving in one piece. I had asked for the bottle to be extra wrapped to be safe in the shipping process. I was extremely happy with the very very prompt arrival of my shipment and to see the bottle bubbled wrapped and Styrofoam peanuts within the box. Very pleased to have everything so quickly.

I was so thankful to find actual Mexico vanilla from Mexico the ones up here say they are but they have English writing on the bottles and aren’t any better than any other brands at the grocery store plus the most expensive brands here aren’t even the same thing and you’ll pay 20 bucks or more for a few oz and have to use a bunch. I got the real deal finally at a good price and it is a game changer for how your baking and desserts come out. And it will last a really long time you don’t have to use half as much, so the price was worth it. And it got to me way faster than I even expected it wasn’t but a couple of days. I’m very happy with Leo’s imports and the product I received, there are so many adds but this is really the only one that’s truly Mexican vanilla from Mexico and best price at that.

Customer service was great. I called and asked Leo Imports to delay shipping due to current weather of high heat (110 degrees). They were very understanding and waited to ship the following week when temperatures were in the upper 90's, low 100's. I was able to track the shipping and avoid leaving it in the locker at the central mailboxes for more than a few hours.

Delicious, well priced Mexican vanilla. A co-worker brought us some when he went to Mexico last and it was fabulous. This is the best deal around with shipping to the states. Warning to the seller: the box came crushed with a sticker that said the post office received it damaged and with no seal. Luckily the bubble wrap job and peanuts were enough to save the bottle.
