It's a bit of a hassle as I had to change credit card information when my card was declined. I understand that it takes time responding to customer support emails, but of that could be sped up that would be nice. Also I only got my card decline email from you one day after I had placed the faulty order. If that could be sped up too so that the customer can fix it faster and not need to wait additional days for delivery that would be nice.
