It has been extremely complicated to order, it's taken me three attempts, with time off to calm down! I realise most of it is down to my age and life experience. But for a company selling laptop batteries, I can't be the first person to get tied up in a loop trying to buy something on a phone, when they usually use a laptop...but...the laptop battery is dead!
Your website says that customer service is available on the phone from 9am to 6pm, but you give no phone number to call. I requested that you call me, but nobody did!
I can only pray that I receive the correct battery after all this!

I wanted a delivery to N Ireland but could not enter delivery cost, therefore wouldn’t accept order. Had to select my son’s address in UK mainland

Hi I ordered a battery on the 7th May for my Dell computer. I did not receive an email to confirm the purchase but the transaction showed on my PayPal account. After 10 days or so I contacted your sales department via your website as I had not received the battery. I had no reply so I contacted you via the email you provided to PayPal, again no reply. I left it a couple of days and tried again through your website and then a couple of days later via PayPal email. Still no reply.
I then contacted PayPal to see if they can make contact with you. I am holiday at the moment but my son who is looking after the house has contacted me to say a parcel has arrived. Thank you for attending to it quickly.
It would have been nice to have a reply but hopefully it is waiting for me on my return

Followed instructions to discharge to 2% but as soon as it reached 8% computer cut out so had to leave it at that.

Despite my admitting I ordered the wrong battery, here we are two weeks later, after two emails and a suggested returns request, I have not received a single response.
Tried to phone, but after two rings it cuts off (premium line too!) disgusting
