Size I needed was in stock, and it shipped the same day as my order. Customer service was friendly and responsive. I was happy to buy from the mfg directly rather than having to go through a retail outlet. It was a perfect fit and is working well so far!

Needed new sized drip pan - saw that Killarney Metals provided drip pans for Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. but they didn't have the size I needed in stock...so I went to the manufacturer directly, and I'm glad I did.

Needed a different sized drip pan for a new washer/dryer that was being delivered. The size I needed was out of stock at my local home supply stores, but it was in stock at Killarney Metals. It shipped the same day, and it arrived right on time, prior to the washer/dryer delivery. It fit perfectly, and so far, so good! Customer service was very friendly and responsive, which was greatly appreciated.

Customer service was super helpful once they responded, and would only advise the company to better package their merchandise. The box was open and damaged when arrived, but thankfully no damage to the product.
