The scooter came not straight with the luggage. I need to reach customer service to check if it is supposed to be like that. The bag is ok for a kid size. But a better option to hold the luggage (a handle) would be helpful to pick it up when going up the stairs, for example.

We got these for our boys, 5 and 2, for traveling during the holidays and there were fantastic! Like some reviews have said, they get front heavy when you put items in it, but we just told our kids to "step on the bug" which was a little further back on the scooter portion, and they worked great. It's not the easiest to steer, but it does change directions when you lean, which my 5 year old figured out pretty quickly. I just held on to the edge of the handle and was able to help my 2 year old steer without issue. They were happy to move quickly through the airport, and with some tight layovers, they were very helpful. They don't fit well under the seat, so we just stuck backpacks inside the suitcase portion and took those out to use on the plane. Oh, and we didn't realize the wheels would light up when the move, added bonus! Definitely recommend this purchase.

This product was great while it lasted. It really made getting to and from security to the gate or doing long walks in an airport effortless and fun for my kid.However, we've only used this now three times and when attempting to bring the foot plate down after we deplaned, it completely snapped off. The metal its self broke

Just like the title says broke within 5 minutes of use. Good thing is it comes with a one year warranty. It also holds a surprisingly amount of stuff.

The case is pretty small in the inside. Can't store much. The wheels should light up as the child take a ride on it. But some of the wheels doesn't work. Also the black plastic hand guards comes off. Now my toddler is missing one

I'm only giving this 3 stars because my son loves it! From a parents perspective, it holds absolutely NOTHING! The bar for the scooter is literally inside of the suitcase which takes up 50% of the space. The bar should also be able to raise.

What I like is the cute frontal design.The space is ok for a few days of travel if you pack right.The issue for me is the handle is not stable, when in standing the position it leans forward in a topple position lastly I think it's too pricey for the item.

The only thing we didn't like was that the scooter can't turn so it's hard to maneuver for beginners

Our 5 year old son was very excited about this suit case, however it isn't as easy to use as they show in video. The handle mechanism doesn't work, and the handle gets stuck. Requires husband to help and use force every time we need to expand/compress handle bar.

This product has a big problem when my grandkid ( 5 years old ) is not travelling like now ( virus ) he is using the Carry On all day at home. Excelente product congratulations

Quality made scooter and case. The wheels lighting up is fun. Scooter balance is off if we put anything in the case, and it's a bit tough to turn but all together a great gift!
