We order the Name Badge Vinyl Shells and most of the time they come wrinkled and have to be heated up to use. Would be nice if this wasn't the case. Maybe package differently?

We will see when we get the product in. Just the time frame in order to get the product. We are in Florida and if we were to pay for next day air the shipping would be almost as much as the product. (Please I understand this is out of your hands and not your fault in any way.)

I would have rte you 5-stars for shopping experience but custom lanyards is very limited. I cannot get custom printing on 1/2" "shoe lace" / tube type lanyards.
