This is not a standard toilet installation. Unit did not align with existing plumbing but K&B would not accept return without 20% restocking fee and customer paid shipping. I’ll never buy from K&B again.

Rigid return policy. The toilet I purchased did not align with plumbing. I'd have to drill new holes in floor tiles (exposing the original hole)or move wall plumbing in order to align the toilet. The floor bolts at 12' is correct, but toilet would sit crooked. K&B said plumber should have known by reading specs before I placed order. Really?

The door is beautiful but problematic in our shower. The showerhead is on the right and entry is on the left. If the inside towel bar is at entry/exit, water comes through gap between doors. If inner towel bar is on right, there is no handle to exit shower. Needs some barrier to keep water from coming through gap or handle to get out of shower!

I can buy 4" x 4" hinges for $4.00, or I can buy the Omnia 985BB for much more. These hinges are incredible. When attached to solid core doors, they are frictionless and elegant. It's these types of details that make a home special. Kitchen and Bath Authority had very competitive pricing and delivered them in a very timely manner! Highly recommended.
