This is our third one of these, and is noticeably louder than the other two. It came poorly packed and was rattling around its box with plastic accessories (we didn’t need) broken. If we weren’t desperate for a working disposer after all the supply chain problems, I would have returned it. If you have the room for a more powerful model, get it!

Seems to be a reputable provider. Found everything so far in order up to the point at the checkout. There were "hidden" costs that you didn't see when shopping. There were additional costs that you only got displayed when paying. Then it was but more expensive than desired. The article only came with the outer packaging (without again protected in a box) which was badly damaged. Could see how the carrier put accessories that had fallen out back into the box. I didn't think it was good. Fortunately, I have nothing easily fragile ordered.
