Absolutely awful. Very little information on the website about measurements for their parts. Ordered a part that was a complete mismatch for my sink (did not say on the website that it wouldn't be compatible with my sink).
Took over two business weeks to get a response from them and now not allowing me to return the item. Will never use them again.
