at first i was hesitant if these would work of what i would use them for, they are fantastic i use them to play my wii just dance games and also i attach them to my ankles on my wobble board since im flat footed i have to place the outer part of my feet on it

I love this program my speed has increased and my vertical . I was running a 5.10 in the 40 I'm now running a 4.98 I'm looking to get it down to a 4.6 or faster I can't wait for football next year.

I decreased my 40 from a 5.2-4.8. I am hoping that I can do the same and get around a 4.3 by the end of the summer.

I am 15 years old and this is one of the hardest workouts I have ever done. It's not a bad thing though because you get to do different workouts each day. It's hard though. I just know every work out I'm going to get better and faster. So far I've been doing it for three weeks and I'm arty down .2 off my 40. I hope that at the end weeks I'll be even faster.

I'm a college athlete and went through the five week training program before football season. The results have been great. I am running faster and have much better control over my speed and side to side quickness.

Getting ready for football season. This training program is a killer. Great conditioning and plyometric work. After 5 weeks my 40 has gone from a 4.7 to a 4.4. Very happy and ready for the next season.

You will get no better training out there. I have been hiring trainers for my kids over the years and have found nothing as in depth as this program. My youngest has seen tremendous results. My oldest is in college and told me this is similar to many of the intense workouts they do at the Division 1 level. Get this program for you kids. You will not regret it.

My son is in the 7th grade and has been using the Performance pack training for about 12 weeks now.When he started his 40yrd. dash time was 6.3 now he is running a 5.4!If you want your kids to get faster this is the product! Great customer service, and Trevor explains the workouts in easy to understand detail!

Purchased the Kbands as a bit of a look and see to assist my daughter with mobilty and quickness. Have seen the benifits over the period she is using the Kbands and will now be purchasing Kbands for the whole team to assist with pre season

I just finished the five-week program and am super excited with the results. My 40 time went from a 5.68 to 5.1 in the five weeks. I am going to take a week off and then do the program again and hopefully I keep getting faster.

Started training my athletes right away and saw the difference in just 3 sessions is amazing. Will be using this product on all my athletes year round for enhancing needed skills. The training information easily explains and prepared you for training.

I love this Program! My time for 5/10/5 went from 5.22 to 4.75, 3 Cone drill from 8.60 to 8.16, and the 40 yard dash from 5.28 to 5.16.

These are the results of the 5 week program. Before 40- 4.6(electronic 20 yard shuttle- 4.19 3 cone- 6.9 Vertical- 32 After 40- 4.49 (electronic) 20 yard shuttle- 4.00 3 cone- 6.35 Vertical- 35 These bands made a HUGE impact on my performance and it is only going to get better for my combine in March
