Not as firm as I would like, but I'm use to using a PVC pipe. I was looking for an alternative to wrapping athletic tape around a 4" by 24" piece of PVC pipe.

This is a hard foam roller. I have bought several that claim to be hard and are soft. This was exactly what I was looking for.

This foam roller is very tough. I have used several rollers that are very soft and don't get the job done. This one is a true high density foam roller and is exactly what I needed.

I have seen these rollers laying around my gym but never knew how to use them. I saw the youtube video of the rejuvenate workout and had to have it. I have lot's of aches and pains and this roller has been a great addition to my workouts.

I have used many lot's of rollers over the years and this one is pretty good. The texture is nice because it helps grab the ground. Sometimes when I use smooth rollers it slides away from you as you push down into it at an angle. The workout that comes with it does a good job showing you everything you should be doing too. I am a happy camper!

The roller is great. It's small enough to fit in my bag and very strong. Doesn't bend under my weight and I am a 200 pound man.
