I use the reactive stretch cord for a couple months before football season and I can really tell a difference when I explode through the line. I am a running back and need to accelerate fast. When I take the ball now I feel as though I can accelerate much quicker through the line. My 40 yard dash is down and I'm having a great season.

I never did any overspeed training before. It's a lot of fun, you feel really fast when you're running.

Great product. I received it in the mail fast. Pretty easy to assemble. I like the fact that it comes with workouts so I know what to do with my son. Overall it has been a good experience.

My son has used kbands for the past two years and told me he wanted help training with this cord. To be honest I was excited to help. We have been having a lot of fun working through the drills. Not sure about others but it has been great for me and my son.

Outstanding training tool. i have incorporated this product into our hill running & sprint routine and boom! super effective stuff! love it! muscle & tendon stimulation to the max! coupled with the Kbands for the legs and we are on our way from some exciting gains in explosive movements and top end speed. highly recommend.

The bungee cord is a great training aid that's helped me with my vertical jump, agility, co ordination and speed. Highly recommended for any athlete looking to make gains.

The RSC is fun to use. It makes you feel like you're running 90 miles an hour as soon as you take off. I would suggest this to anyone.

I have been looking for a training program for my son to help with his vertical jump. He really wants to dunk. Ever since we started using the vertical fx training program with the reactive stretch cord he can now touch the rim. Before he was about 4 inches away from the rim. I'm hoping that by next season he will be able to dunk.

I have never done overspeed sprints but they work. I have been working out with the Reactive Stretch Cord for a couple weeks and can already tell a difference.

My dad got me the reactive stretch cord for Christmas and it is so much fun to use. Every time you sprint you feel like you're you usian bolt. The workouts that come with it are really fun and challenging. I wish that I never had to run without a resistance band again. I will keep you posted on my times I'm testing out next week.
