This kit comes with everything you need. I use each piece of equipment with my son. We like to rotate days on what we are using. Mondays we may use kbands, Tuesdays the reactive stretch cord, and Wednesdays the victory ropes. My son's 40 yard dash time has went from a 5.2 to a 4.65. The results have been fantastic.

Kbands are great for hip flexors, the RSC is perfect for all of my acceleration work and the victory ropes pretty much just kick my butt. Great package I really enjoy using the products.

The elite speed kit is the real deal. My dad got this for me a couple weeks ago. It's been amazing. The workouts are hard but worth it. I'm hoping to be the starting running back next season as a freshmen.

All three of these products are by far the best you can use for speed. We have used kbands for over a year and the reactive stretch cord in victory ropes have been a great addition. Great training material and great products.

I love my Kbands and came back to the store to see what else was offered. I decided to get my other son a set of bands along with the rest of these training tools. I have to say I'm pretty impressed with the training programs that come with these products. They're very informative and I using to train my kids throughout the week.
