Fun kit to use with my kids. We do a lot of speed training on our own on the weekends. We setup stations and do different drills. Speed 101 is great for the kids with the kbands. We use the warrior workout the most with the victory ropes. And we use the overspeed trainer the the rsc. Programs are very informative and help a lot. Great work guys.

My athletes have loved working with each of these bands. They use kbands everyday. The rsc we do a lot of sprinting drills with and when they need to get some conditioning in I work them hard with the victory ropes. Over the past 4 weeks my three boys have all ran their 40 times faster then before. I definitely recommend this package.

I have purchased a lot of speed equipment over the course of the last couple years. The quality of these three items is very good. Each of the training programs that you get will show you exactly how to use the products and they're a very well done. I watch the video to get the reps and sets and do my workout. It's really pretty easy. I highly recommend elite speed kit two anyone trying To get a little faster.

I give this product five stars because it really worked. The three pieces of equipment keep your workouts interesting and mix them up. The key to getting results is consistency and I have found that the variety this kit gives me helps to do that.
