I ordered this pack for my 7 year old as they are a requirement for her whole gym. I can already tell how they are encouraging her toe touches to pull higher and harder. The stunt strap is a great added bonus for stretching her scorpion and other flying skills

I used these for strengthening my outer glutes and they work amazing for adding resistance and still allowing full range of motion, I highly recommend there isn’t another product out on the market that offer these amazing results
