If used correctly, they work Wonders... Leg strength, explosiveness, and speed have all increased drastically since I purchased. I'm on the 3rd resistance level and I must say it feels good at 32 to be able out run younger guys

I had my daughter use these bands for about the last three weeks in her track training sessions at the end of her 7th grade year. She dropped her times quite a bit in the 100 and 200. These bands helped strengthen her legs and hips and helped so much with her explosiveness out of the starting blocks.
