I purchased the KB Duo after using one at the gym with my trainer. I attached it to a steel rod I mounted in my garage. Whenever I am bored with the idiot tube I disappear to the garage and go through my routine with the KB duo. I am beginning to see and feel results. I am now placing an order for the leg and arm resistance bands so I can continue my training goals.

We have purchased 15 sets of these suspension straps for our gym. The colors draw a lot of attention and help fill up our classes. They're very durable and haven't had any problems with them over the last several months. You can do everything with them and are easy to store.

These suspension straps are perfect for what I need. You can stuff them in a bag and use them at anytime. I take them to the gym and do a lot of ab stuff with them and like them a lot. Great quality. Great extension lengths. Overall satisfied with my purchase.

I travel a lot so the KB duo has been a perfect addition to my work outs on the road. It comes with a door mount that makes it easy to work out of my hotel room. There's a lot of tough exercises that you can do just in a hotel room that can make staying in shape a lot easier. Great quality as well. Clips work very good and the adjustable straps never have any problems.

Due to the price i was expecting something to be not quite right with the KB Duo but i was happily surprised. The quality is great. Very strong. I weigh about 250 pounds and it holds me just fine. Adjustable straps work great and I like that the handles move to the side for the foot exercises. I would highly recommend the KB Duo.

I bought this for our at home gym and it is a great addition. Mounts easily to our pull up bar. My wife and I use it throughout the week and really like it.

I have been using these for my daughter to gain strength. There are a ton of exercises that you can complete with them. She hates lifting weights so they have been a great addition.

Great product. Be sure you do not do what I did and place your feet on the handles for a month before realizing you can move the handles over to the side when doing exercises like the atomic pushup. Makes the foot cradle perfect.
