I recently purchased the advanced training kit and I love it. I have incorporated it into my athlete's workouts and have seen great improvements. Great in season tools for my softball players!!!

I received a mini grant from my school PTO. I have wanted to buy some suspension trainers, but where my budget is only $400, I knew that I couldn't get enough to make it worthwhile for my classes. I received enough to buy 6 K Bands (approx. $450) and couldn't be happier.

I started working with the KB duo in my basement and love the results. I have found more challenging exercises for my abs that I could ever get from doing crunches. I watched a couple videos here on the site and it's pretty self-explanatory. If you're willing to work hard the KB duo will definitely help you out.

I used a TRX at a gym i went to a while ago but now i workout at home, i love the KB duoit works and holds up exactly the same for a much better price.

I have been focused on getting a six pack for the longest time. I do about 200 sit ups a day. When I first stared it was really hard for me to get to this number. Now it is very easy and I don't seem to have any problems getting through the reps. When I started doing some of the KB Duo ab exercises I was pretty impressed. My abs are looking better then ever and the intensity is far more then anything I can replicate with it. If you want better abs I suggest doing Pikes, Rollers, Single Leg Pikes, and the swinging tucks. They are tough. Great Price and Great Product.

I bought the KB Duo to begin getting in some extra training at my house. I started using the door mount but didnt think it was good idea for my doors. I weigh 230 pounds so i bought a metal bracket mount at Home Depot for about 8 bucks. Mounting it in my basement took about ten minutes. Pretty easy really. Great workout tips on the site and overall very happy with my purchase.

We have suspension trainers at my gym and I love working out. I was looking for a at-home solution and found the KB duo. there are so many training videos that I knew exactly how to set it up and work out at home. Great work guys thanks so much.

I have been bodybuilding for about 10 years. Using the KB duo has been a great addition to my training. I use supersets with compound movements and suspended exercises to get an amazing pump. If you want to build muscle vindicate be duo will be a great addition for you.

The KB Duo came in a nice travel bag with a door anchor as well. It also includes an extension strap to use with the door anchor or to mount overhead. Personally I do not see the point in the door anchor. My doors are not strong enough to handle my body weight. However, the extension strap is perfect for mounting on my basement beams. After it is mounted the straps are plenty long enough for any exercise. So throw the door anchor away and find something sturdy to hang the straps from.

Dynamic strength XP is a great workout. I have been using suspension trainers for years but finally found this program when I went to replace my old set. The workout is very challenging and gives me more of a burn than I have ever had. I traveled each week and this kit has been a great addition to my travel workouts.

I have had a set of trx bands that i have had for a long time. The handles were becoming very worn down and I wanted to replace them. I was about to spend the $200 dollars again when I came across a youtube video for the kb duo. Boy am i happy i found this product. I am an experienced suspension trainer and the kb duo is over half the price of my old trx. Handles are quality, straps easily adjust and foot holes are simple. I am very pleased with my purchase.
