I would highly recommend JW Surety for construction bonding needs. I have been working with Patsy for well over 5 years now and would not consider any other company, I am completely satisfied. Not only do they offer many programs for companies with less then stellar credit but they are also extremely efficient in how quickly they can turn around an application to an approval. Countless times have I applied for a bid bond or a performance/payment bond and received an approval the same day. If your considering opening a bond line, I would not waste time with any other company. This is what they specialize in and they are the best at what they do.

I needed a probate bond for a client that lives in California, his father's estate in Indiana. I had no idea where to start. Patsy Tinsman was fantastic.
