The product was shipped and arrived in a timely manner. I was impressed with the obvious care taken when packaging the Joist Repair kit. I found the outer packaging to be robust, and taped securely shut. Everything inside was taped in place to prevent shifting during shipment, and possible damage to the packaging.
As for the product itself, it was easy to install, and made a noticeable difference in shoring up the stiffness in the joist I was required to drill through to install plumbing.
