This is the second lift that I have purchased from JMC! The buying experience is always seamless. Their customer service it top tier, and they are in contact with you through the entire process. I have not installed this lift yet, as I am waiting for the floors of my new shop to be finished. However, if I do run into any problems, I know JMC will have my back!

Exactly what we were needing. They will work with you on getting the item shipped to you as well. The manufacturer would not ship to Alaska, but, they would ship to our freight forwarder. most companies anymore won't even do that. customer service is top notch.
