Man I just can't get over on how good my experience was. Mr. Martinez was extremely helpful and went far and beyond. He was in contact with me throughout the entire process and even contacted me after receiving the order to make sure there were no issues. Jmc has the right man for the right job. I hope all customer service people there are just as good. Will be doing business here again

I haven't yet used this, although I did assemble it and will say that was straightforward & all the parts were there, hence I only give it 4 stars at this point. My main purpose in writing this now is to compliment JMC for their outstanding efforts in getting it delivered so quickly and efficiently. Edwin and Grizelda were super helpful and courteous.

It was between this one and the autotwirler. I purchased this lift due to the high weight capacity and the large casters to be able to move cars outside for media blasting and the price tag. Due to ID/OD fitment issues I spent a few hours grinding down the 2 large box tubing extending rods as well as the lifting stand. I am not thrilled that it would not simply go together as now I have to either repaint/powercoat the pieces to prevent rusting. Also, the provided adjustment screw rod hardware is not properly sized due to the hole size they put in the rotating stand. This is used to balance the mounted car with the center of gravity on the rotisserie. I had to use thick grade 8 washers. I did not attach a picture of that but it would be fine if they didn't drill a hole twice the size as needed in the rotating stand. 4 stars for still all you get after spending an afternoon making it right.

The seam welded square tube has welds on the inside that prevent the tubes from sliding in and out. They keep getting stick. Some nicer tubing for the center section should be used. The holes for the screw drive gear that raises and lowers the arm set is nearly the same size as the nut/bearing that attaches to it. Not much surface to support it at all. Had to weld a plate with the correct size hole over it on both ends. Wheels roll nice though.

Bought this item and it came on time and have love using it. It is the only rotisserie that can lift up to 4,500 lbs and I definitely needed it. Thank you JMC!!!

I have a couple of extra parts after assembly. The only picture of the parts break down was really small!!! There were no M8 or M10 lock washers in this package. So you either have some spares on hand in your shop to use or you use locktite/thread lock. The hole alignments for the rotating assembly are really lame. The locating holes are way off in placing a pin. Speaking of lame: any deburring of holes? (nope) blowing off the product before painting? (nope) Even the grinding expert for the gobbled up weld attempts needs some more seat time to get that down apparently. This is a get what you pay for item. It may get the job done for less money, but the quality is just not even close. (what is another $600 or so for something made here in the USA?) Things I would recommend to make this a better experience. 1) A more legible picture of the parts break down. (without squinting and using a magnifying device in order to see it) 2) Abit more detail in packaging. ie, put all of the parts needed for assembly in the same box as in the required lock washers for this instance. 3) Better quality control. Deburring and other necessary quality control (alignment issues), cleaning. The packaging was actually pretty good with only scratches and rub marks on the labels and paint. 4) Better robot welders and/or people weld grinders. 5) Add another set of bearings to the upper acme height adjusting rod for better support and usability. and how come I have extra parts and have no clue on where they should go? LOL and do I have to go from one side of the unit to the other side to raise it? Will the hydraulic cylinders mount so that I can use only one side to level the car? Not bounce back and forth to the other side? Just newbie questions there to go along with the lack of directions and experience with this unit This unit will work, just do not expect too much.
