"We love the product. We understand that this was our fault but it still seems a bit ridiculous. We picked up our ice maker at the delivery terminal on a very dark Rainy Night period in general everything looked great they loaded it in the car and we took off. Of course my husband signed for it. When we got home in the light there was a 3" slit at the very bottom near the crate that we did not notice. Obviously a forklift had punctured it. We notified you and we're told it was up to us and the shipping company. We notified them and we're told they can only deal with the manufacturer which left us totally out of the picture. A pretty expensive lesson to learn but thankfully the puncture did not damage the coils of the ice maker. My husband straightened out the crushed side as best he could. We feel there should be some other way to reconcile an incident like this.???
