Very happy with the speed in which my order arrived, its accuracy, and that it was the item I needed. Another vendor assured me that the item I was purchasing for the same purpose was the correct item ~ it was not. The person I chatted with at ipphone warehouse told me that the item I purchased from the other vendor in incorrect, but this product was the right one. Ipphone warehouse was correct! Thank you!

UPS charges seem a little high, but then, I'm in Florida. I had to call for a Tracking number, but the product was delivered 5 days after I ordered it, and that included a weekend. The company may use a number of fulfillment providers. Tracking information indicates that the shipping label was printed minutes after I placed my order online.

The product sent was in good condition. Unfortunately it was the wrong part (my Fault). What I was looking for was 14121-00 Parts arrived 2nd day. I was annoyed that home delivery was twice the price as delivery to my business address.

The description states, "You can attach up to two VVX EM50 consoles to one VVX 450, giving you 60 extra keys." It's true that you can connect up to two VVX EM50 expansion modules, but each module allows you to have 90 additional keys. Two modules would allow you to have 180 additional keys, not the 60 additional keys quoted in the description. Each module has three screens controlled by buttons at the bottom of the display. Each screen can hold 30 keys, times 3 screens = 90 keys.

First unit shipped had speaker volume that would constantly fluctuate up and down and when it went down it would cut out for a second. Did this on multiple analog circuits as well as a straight POTs line where an old Polycom worked fine. Replacement did the exact same thing, and shipping the first back cost a lot of money. Now I can't get a refund on the replacement because it came from Polycom directly. Also Polycom no longer has free support. You have to be a "certified" Polycom tech to get support. Avoid.
