My order was placed on 3/12 and was due to arrive earlier this week. It took several voice mails and 2 emails to finally get an email just yesterday telling me it was out of stock and hopefully will arive BY THE END OF NEXT WEEK. Sorry I placed the order.

Ordered a training aid club on Feb.10 2024. Contacted intheholegolf on Feb.17 because I noticed the club was on back order. They told me I should have it in about 10 days. In the meantime I have tried to contact them 3 more times with no response. I am writing this on 3/20/24. Absolute horrible customer service and will never deal with them again.

There were additional items I wanted to order but the system would not allow me to. I placed my order but did not receive my it in the time frame that I expected. I made a call to their customer service department and was pleasantly surprised and very refreshing that I actually got to talk to live person. He explained the circumstances for the delay with shipping my order and explained that they tried to reach out to me by phone to inquire about the issue I was having. This kind of service is very rare these days. I will certainly be using their service much more often and recommending them to others.

I tried to contact you for a week to change order and left several messages to get you to call me back. I never got any return call to change order. So I gave up and left order as it was.I have ordered from you in the past but will never order from your company again
