Intella was founded in Holland, Michigan (located on the eastern shore of Lake Michigan) in 2007. This is our main stocking location. We also ship direct from a variety of different warehouses from suppliers around the country.

Every day, we transport parts directly from Europe to our customers' locations. Thanks to UPS's 2-day delivery service from Europe, you can receive your parts quickly without any significant delays. If you're experiencing difficulty obtaining parts from your Linde or Jungheinrich dealer, give us a try. Even for parts that are not currently displayed on our website, we may be able to provide them. We offer competitive UPS rates from Europe and pass on the savings to you, our valued customer.

Seal kit arrived earlier than promised. Seal kit was the exact replacement part that was requested for a 1979 Clark forklift which I could not find elsewhere. The seal kit looked and measured the same as original parts that were dried out, cracked, with pieces missing, and leaked very badly. The new kit installed easily on the steering cylinder. The cylinder rod was straight and very smooth no nicks but still leaks very slightly which I guess I will live with. This was a double acting cylinder that was welded together that I could not completely disassemble.

I found when pressing the tires that the steel ring ID seemed larger than it should be. It has a loose fit, it took very little pressure to press on each rim.
