The lady who took my call was rude…she kept talking over me as I was trying to explain to her about my policy and that I needed to make a payment cause the down payment didn’t go through. She proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t use my card that I originally used in the beginning. I asked for a supervisor and she said that the supervisor was going to tell me the same thing. She never got a supervisor because I was not going to hang up without insurance because I had already canceled my old insurance. After a while going back and forth with her she finally said “ well let’s just try the card and see if it works and goes through” she told me I needed a “bank” like Bank of America or Wells Fargo. I told her from the beginning I was not told that I couldn’t use my chime debit, account or routing number. My payment went through and she gave me my new policy number. Finally! After that call I was completely drained.
