I tried multiple times (emails and phone calls) to contact customer support and received no response. I ended up purchasing the insulation from another source but I liked the tape this company sells. Since I didn't need customer support to buy it I just got it here. Unfortunately I ended up paying more for the insulation from another company but since customer support doesn't exist here I didn't have a choice.
