We placed same order 48 hours ago. In the email confiming order, you did not attach the UPCs. We tried calling you multiple times. Always goes to VM. We emailed you 4 different times and never got a reply. We are now ordering again because we need the 25 UPCs. We have ordered from you 5-10 times in past. Never had this bad of experience. Very frustrating to pay twice for one order. The fact that no one replied to our messages makes it even worse
