The product itself is great, super comfortable and light compared to my Miller harness I replaced. The only draw back is adjusting the straps could be a little easier to do when wearing the harness. Other then that the padding is very comfortable. I feel supported in my back better than any harness before it.

I had a good experience with navigating the site, it was easy to find the product I was looking for. I purchased the 2 day shipping but the order took longer than expected, so I reached out to Support to track and they immediately offered a refund for the shipping. That's AAA customer service.

This is a good buy. My only complaint is that the replacement filters are hard to purchase. There should be an easier option from you guys to purchase the filters in the same place we purchased the unit
