I ordered this vest for my husband to wear at work. I immediately was contacted by Industrial Safety Products, customer service representative, Daniel Zuluaga, who informed me that the vest was on back order through its vendor. He asked if I was interested in a similar vest. I wasn’t. I informed him I would wait about 2 weeks for it as I was not in a rush. My husband really wanted this specific vest. Within a few days I was notified my order was on its way. I appreciate Daniel contacting me and appreciate the quick turnaround in getting me the vest I ordered. My husband loves the vest, the quality and sizing is fantastic.
