The design makes it easier to stay un-tangled and to don. Padding adds comfort. Straps are easier to adjust than tension adjustments.

The informational tag is in the way of properly adjusting the chest strap. On all other 3M harnesses we have used, the tag is on a back strap. We are unable to use this product safely.
