I have been trying to get a face shield like this from other sources for months, but no luck due to the pandemic situation. Found it here and was skeptical if I would actually get it when they said, and it arrived a day EARLIER than expected!

Packaging was very poorly packed. Box was crushed. Tape was not securely across opening of box. Face shield was not in a sealed bag. Would not order from them again as they have never returned phone call about issue.

The item that I ordered is defective. One of the parts of the headgear does not snap/lock in place. To validate the issue, I went to my local Home Depot and showed them the head gear and they confirmed that it was defective because it’s not locking/snapping in place. I was advised to return the product @ Industrial Safety Products but I was not issued a refund. I have reached out multiple times through the phone number at Industrial Safety Product’s website but no one is answering the phone. I also emailed Industrial Safety Products a photo of the exact part. I need to be issued a refund because it is useless due to the defect. I even asked for a shipping label so I can return this defective product that I will not be able to use. I need a refund.

I want to return the defective product and not interested in an exchange or replacement because of being sent a defective product and all the inconvenience I went through. The face shield was warped and defective. I called and sent emails to try to replace it with no help or response. I have asked for a refund for the entire product. I am currently awaiting a return label from this company but have not heard from anyone in several days. Very poor customer service, very poor response to my problem. I would not do business with this company in the future.
