I save over $200 buy purchasing this bike from indoor cyclery! That alone is a win. Installation took me about 2 hours but I believe it would have gone faster if I had help. There are a few areas that were hard to access to get the screws into but overall assembly was a breeze.

First, great communication by the seller all through delivery. Bike was fairly easy to put together, few more parts to assemble than envisioned. Connected and activated through an existing iFit account was not as straightforward as the App needs better instructions. Only have had for a short time.so far all has been great and we love the various scenic rides and coaches interactive control function on the bike. Bike is well built, steady, and resistance changes are seamless throughout the ride programs.

We're having a love affair `cause while getting much needed exercise, I'm seeing the world without leaving home. Cycling through the streets and hills and dales of European and other countries is a blast. I'm in Vietnam now. Building up steam.

Purchasing: there was a delay in shipping, as Indoor Cyclery had to wait for the next shipment from the manufacturer. I was kept informed, and bike was delivered, whole process was only two weeks. Bike assembly was straightforward (and a LOT fewer pieces than my 20 year old original Proform came in). The initial electronic setup with iFit, my phone, and the bike was less than ideal - it took a several tries to figure out what was going on - but I finally got it working. After that, you can use your bike without iFit interference, but if you want to plan and track your rides online, get used to having your phone (or tablet) with you. The phone uses bluetooth to communicate with the bike, and the phone also talks to iFit online account. The bike has plenty of resistance levels and onboard programs, it has a smaller footprint than my old ProForm, and we're enjoying it.

I did some research before I decided on this bike. I looked at features and price. I had an issue with a part not fitting properly. Indoor cyclery sent a replacement. If I am in the market for exercise equipment in the future, I would check this vendor site

We received outstanding service. The proform bike was back ordered so we were offered a more expensive nordic track bike for the same price as we paid for the proform bike. I would definitely shop with your store in the future! Thank you!!

Bike overall is amazing. Just hold down the ifit button for 30 sec to override the supposed pay wall they put up. It does take 2 people to put this bike together.

The Proform 440ES arrived on time, in new condition and at a very competitive price. I can't give a lot of credit to Cyclery for the ease of assembling the cycle, which took 1.5 hours. Registering with Ifit was a hassle, but once registration was completed the tours were great. Cycle was purchased for my wife, who is recovering from a spinal surgery. Our therapists feel the cycle is working out great.

You don't want my review right now lol. I was so excited to get this bike. You have no idea. The company has been great and especially Debbie trying to help me from tech support. HOWEVER, so far, I paid $700 for bike and ifit program, and another $120 for service to put this bike together for me and the fan doesn't work!! That's a big deal. I only work part time and this is a substantial investment for me right now. I hope Indoor Cyclery will fix this problem and honor their warranty without me paying another amount.

Have had this bike since early April 2019 and it is an excellent exercise for all ages. It has a wide range of settings that allow anyone to use it comfortably. We are an older couple and have found this bike to be very helpful in our goal to a healthier life style. It has been so good that we have added other pro form equipment from Indoor Cyclery. Their service and price have been fantastic.

Indoor Cyclery was great. Received the bike on time and free shipping, no sales tax. Took me about 2 hours to assemble. Connected to IFIT with my tablet and everything works great. Love this bike.

We got the bike and it assembled well. the purchase was as we expected. The bike does have a problem in which my knees hit the handle bars. The bike will give you a good work out.

The bike wasn't too bad to put together I'm 70 years old and a woman and I put it together. The bike is great for my husband who had a stroke and he is able to sit and bike and that helps with rehab. It's very sturdy and strong and I would recommend it to anybody.

I got this bike to assist me in preparing for a total hip replacement. I need to keep active but walking any distance has safety issues since I am still recovering from two total knee replacements. I find this bike easy to get on and off, very adjustable and a great variety of options for use. I find using it daily helpful and think it will be what I need to be ready for the surgery and the post op recovery.
