Right pedal & crank shaft were faulty so I had to contact customer service and wait for new parts to come in after only being able to ride it once. Then, when the new parts arrived, I talked to multiple customer service agents before they ended up setting up a technician to come out to install the new parts. I was unable to detach the crank shaft and spent two hours trying while talking to customer service. I’ve had my bike for two weeks and haven’t gotten to ride it nearly as much as planned because every time I do, the right pedal comes off since it is faulty. A tech is coming Friday to put the new parts on so I’m hoping after that it’ll be smooth sailing.
