Haven't even received the shirts but they keep sending emails to review or to confirm delivery. The shirts were for my bach party weekend celebrating the eclipse. They were ordered 3/13 and were supposed to arrive 3/29. The eclipse was today (4/8) and I have not gotten them. The shirts had a custom eclipse design on them and said April 8 so that would have been neat to actually have. They were quick to respond to emails but did not actually help at all during the process.

Still haven't received my package for the eclipse (4/8) which has now already happened. Ordered on 3/13, was supposed to arrive 3/29. Customer service was quick to respond but did not actually help.

The product was great! However, the customer service was not so great. Sadly when there were issues with my order I had a couple of sales reps who were a little snippy with me. There were multiple times that I had to call to ensure everything was good to go and I was on a tight timeline to receive this product. I paid for expedited shipping and they could not honor that delivery date and only refunded me 50% of that expedited shipping fee. I would just warn future customers that while the product was top notch, I was not very happy with the customer service I received.

I ordered lanyards with an arrival date of 3/22/24 when I called for see where the lanyards were on 3/25 I was told they were still in production and would be shipped in the next week or two. Then was required to pay a $50 shipping fee to get them on 3/29/24! Don't put expected shipping dates when they are WEEKS off! It is poor customer service!

Scam. Its been almost a month and still haven't received my order. Customer service is a joke they have told me twice it would be shipped by a date and nothing has happened on either of those dates. You can pay more and get it quicker they say. Use vistaprint or epic sports.
