Service was quick. Shipping FedEx was not good. Paid for a quick delivery and took almost a week. Missed the event I needed the coaster for. Called Imprint but no help on why it took so long to receive the coaster.

Printing was good but I never saw coated drink coasters before, only uncoated. That wasn’t clear to me when I placed the order. These stick to the bottom of your drink glass

Initial proof wasn't even close to the proper size. Printing and delivery time frames weren't made clear enough. After a few emails imprint did expedite the order and it arrived in time
