Never bought the signs from imprint. I was told that my art was not high enough resolution and found out that you would be unable to help and I didn’t have the correct software to increase the resolution. So I cancelled the order. Yet I was told by your staff that they could still print the lower resolution for me. Alas, that was not an option for me to purchase a brand new item that was less than acceptable. I also found it very odd that your company would try to entice me to buy a less than acceptable piece

Everything was great. Highly recommend but with Two exceptions. I had an image they communicated was low resolution they wouldn’t even show me the proof. During the order process Estimates delivery in five business days. Then once you pay the fine print says 2-3 weeks. That should be the estimate to avoid misleading biz practice.

They came out nice. I thought the wires would be taller, but I'll know better for next time. It took a while to get an update on delivery time for very vague feedback. But I received it on the date promised. I'm not sure if that would have been the case had I not inquired about it.

placing the order was fine for the yard signs. But it took a while to get feedback on whether the file I sent to use for the Banner was feasible. Sending new files, and wasting almost a day before getting another answer that they couldn't use it even after I asked a CSR to check it right after I sent it, then they wanted me to send another new file, but didn't give me much info as to what was the best file to send. So after 3 wasted days of non-production, I canceled the Banner portion of my order. My yard signs came out great though!
