Product was fine. Printing though, they chose the wrong proof to print. But the funeral was the next day so I did not want to waste time talking to customer service about it cause I knew nothing could be printed and shipped fast enough. I paid for the proof yet they still chose the wrong proof to print.

Paying for 'guaranteed' express shipping was not guaranteed to me. That part was truly annoying and confusing to try to explain to customer service. Why do I pay extra for a guaranteed day (7day option, listed in website), yet my order was set to arrive in 14-21 days after purchase and then was told to pay a rush order fee to get my product by the 7 day (that I already paid for) delivery. Declined 4 proofs, and finally approved the 5th, yet the company still printed the 4th proof that I declined. Printing looked great! But everything else needs more attention to.
