i was so impressed with the holders that i placed a another order so could have enough for all of my employees. My techs go through the cheap holders so fast and these are holding up so far.

We use a lot of the clear horizontal hang tag holders and they are a simple and fast solution for our needs. And when we run low, a quick "click" or two and we have a few hundred new ones at our doorstep in lightning quick time. Very pleased and a highly recommended vendor asset!

ID Wholesaler communicates too much at the wrong times--they love to check in to see if I need to order more of something or to see how my experience was--and not enough when I really need to speak with them about issues with an order. I ordered a product that cost over $1000 and wasn't told until after I had paid that it was on backorder. Then I was told that it would ship the next day; I've now been waiting over a week for the item to ship out. I had to call the company to find out the status of the backorder; they told me that the product was sitting in their warehouse, unprocessed. The customer service rep told me she would process it immediately; it's a day later and nothing has happened. I am incredibly frustrated with this whole experience and I will find another retailer in the future for any badge related purchases.
