I always receive the printing supplies in a timely fashion. Whenever I talk with a customer service rep I always have a pleasant experience and they assist me in ordering the supplies I need.

The only thing I noticed is when the ribbon gets towards the end of the roll I have to keep taping the ribbon back together because it breaks to be able to use the rest of the ribbon.

I was very impressed with the easy ordering and excellent follow through by company representatives regarding the products I ordered.
