While I am Tech Savvy, my office manager has basic knowledge and she is the one that set this system up with no problems at all! It is much faster than the other card printer we used for 3 years and it does not have the card or ribbon problems that the old one did. This is a great printer for the price and ID Wholesaler was the perfect supplier. The followed up, helped with price and answered all my questions. I have had many printers including the Fargo C30. This is by far the best. It is fast, easy to use, and has a great low cost price.

i bought dis software lik a month bck... the layouts are ok but there are a few things that affect it my asure software copy wasnt an orginal cd they jus burn it off on those normal $3 cd u jus payin for the KEY!! & the software came wit a ""BUG"" the next ting is 4editin picts u hv 2 keep on clickin ok... ok... lik 5-8mins till the pictures goes in... The produce isnt finis so why sell them off to people lik myslf... i was really UPSET!!

The machine started off fine, but once the printing demand increased from 30 cards to 75 it crashed. How:\r\n1. the machine kept informing to change ribbon when it was still brand new.\r\n2. cards were constantly stuck inside the machine, and we had to manually retrieve the cards. \r\n3. After retrieving the cards, the machines automatically winds a section of the ribbons thus making it run out quickly.\r\n4. On average each ribbon printed 15 cards before we had to change a new one. A reminder, each ribbon suppose to print 50 cards.\r\n5. The tech support is located in the west coast, we had huge trouble getting hold of them due to time zone problem. \r\nIndeed the printer was cheap, but not exactly economical. With all the trouble it created, we now had to get a new machine.

These Kits are O.K. but having to do both cleaning cards then use the swab is a bit much. Does the job but time consuming.

I would like to be able to mix the color selection with in the cost of $165.38. The product is a good product at a good price.

I'm using this for 2 years. Happy with it. Good for one side printing. If you don't mind changing/flipping card around then this works for two side printing.

Came very fast and the color looks just like the picture online. It does need to be ironed and wrinkles very easily. We've been trying to use it but when we take our pictures, the blue looks white in the picture.

I liked these cards when I bought them this spring. The only problem was that on every 1000 or so cards I printed they jammed in the printer (Fargo DTC550), causing me to have to take the printer's feed mechanism apart. I doubt this is the printer as I have never had this problem with 50k cards on the printer's card count.
