I've worked with Anthony and the TOKENWORKS Team for almost 5 years now (i.e. since April 2015) and overall it's been GREAT experience; their sales, service and response times are 2nd to none. Any company can sell you a product & software; what makes the TOKENWORKS GREAT is, during the early days of our working relationship, when a concern was raised (e.g. Software issue / question), it's quickly addressed / resolved. Again "their sales, service and response times are 2nd to none"!

I called in this afternoon and spoke to a wonderful agent- Steve. He was able to listen and assist me with my request in upgrading a feature on my current ID scanner. Even though I am not totally computer literate, Steve was patient with me and was able to guide me through the steps over the phone. I really appreciated that. Now I have this new feature that I am excited to show my staff and it didn't break the bank.
