Their attention to detail and attentiveness is absolutely superb, and above all of this is a sense of human kindness and caring. If there's a problem, they work closely with their customers to reassure, troubleshoot and take every measure to communicate clearly so that their customers are not only satisfied with the service, but to feel as though they have been treated with genuine personalised care. As to their products, repairs and installations; everything from replacement parts to shipping is meticulous and top-level. From the start it looked good, got emails from my online order, then label arrived and in a couple days got receipt confirmation. Two days later another email that iPad was on its way... it arrived and WOW, super nice work guys--you are now my go-to for iPad screen repairs--now if you could do Samsung phones that would be just awesome.

Small warranty issue which was quickly resolved at no cost to me, including shipping costs both ways. That's what I call 'real warranty' service.

The fingerprint button is mushy, and it takes several attempts to open the iPad. Still works.
