Overall, a good experience. The last product I ordered from your company came damaged unfortunately. I was able to use the unit, but I had to hammer out the damage in order to make the plenum mate up correctly. More careful handling would have prevented this. Lift gate drop off for anything over 75 pounds would also be nice, as I see that you now charge for this service and did not used to do so. Otherwise, I don't have a bad thing to say about your products and service and will likely continue to use you to source my HVAC products in the future if my experience continues to be good.
