i am a returning customerand i managed to order the same service using a discount code saving £10.40 as apposed to reopening my closed account which would probably have been easier all round
. this is no reflection on your staff they were all very helpfull.
best fit for my current requirements.
because i have used your service before and it was excelent i only left due to cost.

It was not made transparent that when moving my websites that the second domain would incur a transfer charge. The transfer of the domains was a painful experience taking many. many days. If Customer Support had escalated everything to the Senior Technical Support the process would, I suspect, have been much more streamlined.
The transfer of the Wordpress websites and the email was handled extremely well. It was the domain transfer where the delays occurred. Eventually everything was transferred across and working. Since then the hosting has been fine.
However, I am perturbed to discover that in 3 years time the hosting fee will take a quantum increase (like my previous provider wanted to do) which doubtless means transferring to another hosting provider but we will cross that bridge when we come to it.
Price, brand name and ability to transfer over site on my behalf (that's a big USP).
Competitive pricing and the inclusion of free transfer of website and domains (with proviso that second domain I discovered afterwards costs) takes the effort away from having to do it oneself.
