I did a lot of research before purchasing my domain. While there appear to be some negative reviews out there, especially from some years ago, I see no hint of an issue today. I get the service I want, customer service tackles all my issues, and the site builder makes it really easy to design an aesthetically pleasing site with zero knowledge of HTML/CSS. I don't know how other host providers do things, but I'm not at all interested in shopping around to find out after how smoothly things run here!
