Products are great. Everything is fairly easy to use. Unless you make a mistake like I did. Haha. Which leads me to talk about the Customer Service, they are top notch! Every issue I've had since getting hodtpapa is dealt with most times right away. I straight up hit the chat icon in the bottom right corner and instantly talking to someone live. I think I know them all by name now haha. They really give support like you are family.
