I am extremely happy with the services provided. The shopping experience is quick and self-explanatory. However, it was a bit difficult to submit the VAT number information, other than that, excellent. Quick responses and great service!

i will say my honest review about host1plus for the first 2 weeks,
1- first the website design is nice and ordering was easy, but after i paid, they sent me message saying that my order was marked as fraud and they need me to provide them with scanned photo of my ID card and a scanned photo of my credit card that i used, i was kinda shocked because i used my own credit card and i don't know why it was marked as fraud, so i did took photos for my ID card and for my credit card and sent them, they replied and said my ID photo was not clear enough so i took another photo and sent it, and then after maybe 6 hours they allowed me to use the service i paid for, so i was not comfortable for asking for such photos,
2- support is not good they take at least 1 full day to reply to your message, live chat always seem not available, and last time i contacted them they ignored to help me with something i asked for, so if you are noob and need support always i don't recommend using them
3- but i also would say that i did not notice any down time for my server yet which is good, so if you are expert and know about webhosting and servers you might want to try using them but again if you are noob, you might not get the help you need and will take a lot of time, so overall i will rate them 3 stars.

Nearly same issue on all US sites.
Must Enter STATE - we don't have states in the rest of the World.
Phone number too short - We onlæy have 8 digits in Denmark - annoying that the system keeps stating "too short".
My VISA Card didn't validate - My Mastercard did
